Announcement Template

In order to help our hosts spread the word about their upcoming Allies & Appetizers event, we have created an announcement template in a Word Document. Word does not allow a document to be easily exported as an image, so we have prepared simple instructions to help you through the process.
Download Word Document
  1. Download the word document, using the button above, and open the document.
  2. Add the information specific to your event in the Host, When, and Where locations, then save the document.
  3. Open the "Word to Image Converter" by clicking on this link.
  4. Click the "Choose file" button and locate the word document that you saved on your computer
  5. Once you have selected your file, click "Convert."
  6. Once the conversion completes, click "Download Zip."
  7. Locate the .zip file on your computer and open it to retrieve the advertisement for your event.
